We want to insure your satisfaction and guarantee all that we sell. Although all sales are final in the event you are dissatisfied please contact me immediately and hopefully we can resolve any issues you may have.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, checks, money orders, and PayPay. I am happy to provide layaway service and require a 1/3, non refundable, deposit by check or money order only. Balance may be extended 45 days.
I ship via USPS and UPS for items that meet their size requirements. Oversized pieces can be shipped very economically via Greyhound Package Express to a terminal in your area. I have found them to be safer than most service providers especially for chairs, settees and iron furniture.
Oversized pieces that cannot be sent Greyhound will require a freight company such as Plycon Vanlines or perhaps you may have a preference.
Although we are excellent packers, in the event your item arrives damaged please notify me immediately and I will processs all the necessary claim information. Please keep all packaging since sometimes an on site inspection may be required by the shipper.
